Has anyone here experienced large credit card fraud (around 500k–600k PHP) and had it reversed, especially when the bank claimed the transactions were "valid" due to OTP?

In my case, credit card was used for unauthorized transactions totaling around 500k–600k, and the bank already denied the dispute because OTP was used.

The issue is:

• I did NOT authorize any transactions
• I did NOT share any OTP
• OTP messages were received, but some were missing/disappearing afterward
• Other accounts were also affected at the same time

I reported the incident to the bank immediately, but my dispute was denied.

My questions:

• Is there still a chance to reverse a large amount like this (500k–600k PHP)?
• Did Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas actually help in your case?
• If a full reversal didn’t happen, were you able to get a partial reversal?
• Were you able to reduce the total amount or negotiate with the bank?

I just want to know if there's still hope and what steps actually worked for others.
