Any luck at all???

help man i’m struggling badly… is it just me or is the list view acting weird? like whenever i refresh or do the toggle thing, it reloads way too fast, almost like it hasn’t refreshed at all. i know we’re only meant to refresh every min or so, but even when i leave it a bit and try again, it still comes back instantly with no tickets… feels off??
