To anyone potentially suffering from the shambles that is the Arsenal ticket hub this morning and can't update their pass:

1. I recommend going to your Apple Wallet and turning "automatic updates" off and back on, if the Arsenal pass is already on your phone. This should be an easy fix (not sure what the equivalent is on Google)

2. Alternatively, try the Arsenal website, rather than the app.

Just hope everyone can fix their issues quick; apparently the box office had a large queue even at 2:30pm!!

Hi all

I have a ticket for Fulham today which I purchased on the exchange. As usual, I have been facing issues with the poorly designed system for downloading the tickets.

I am seeing “network error” every time I try to click download.

Has anyone managed to resolve this issue? I’d rather not have to arrive 2 hours early to visit the box office.

First game at the Emirates today. My apologies if this is not the place to ask, but I just wanna be prepared for the game tonight. Do they provide one of those easy rain parkas or should I bring my own raincoat? It looks like it’s about to start raining at kickoff.

Morning all.

It is my son's 18th today, and I've managed to snag two club level tickets for the game today. It'll be the first time for both of us at club level.

He is very excited and mentioned that club level tickets come with a food and drink voucher and a few other things (museum tickets, for example).

When I paid, I didn't see any of this mentioned, so I just wanted to know if this was still the case and, if so, where do I get these vouchers from?

Been grinding the Fulham tx this morning and it’s the first time i’ve really used the map. I noticed how many tickets pop up compared to the list, but everytime i click on one it says ‘this ticket is no longer available’ even when I am fast and loads of tickets are released or sometimes just becomes a fully white screen. Am I just slow or am I doing something wrong? Do you guys have any tips?

I’ve been trying the map method today for Atletico/Burnley and have noticed that lots of sections are lighting up blue but no tickets ever appear, anyone else noticing this?

Also as a side Q - are people having more luck with the map or list method lately for the remaining games? I’ve got all of my 10+ tickets this season from the list view but hearing a lot of map talk lately..

Travelling down for the Fulham game tomorrow and I'll need something to soak up some of the booze. Had a decent cheeseburger from a van on Drayton Park before that did the job. Anyone got a gameday favourite to recommend?

Ps my idea of a good burger is meat, cheese, bun and maybe some bacon. I love a "triple stacked mega tower" that needs a stick in it for structural integrity as much as the next person but I'm aiming for something I can walk and eat 😂

Hi everyone! I’m making my way from Paris to watch the game on my own tomorrow. I’m probably going to head to the stadium fairly early to take it all in, but was wondering if anybody else going solo was up for grabbing a few beers before the game?

Last night in what should’ve been a moment of joy and celebration after we got the penalty two male fans decided to start threatening my dad for recording some of the game on his phone. He’s also an older gentleman who struggles to see so it helps a bit in the top tier.

It was nasty stuff and two of them tried to grab his phone out of his hand and said he wasn’t supporting the team (my dad had been singing all night and all they’d done was have a go at another fan). Then another fan decided to stand up for my dad and these two thought they’d try and start and fight with that fan too cause how better to celebrate being 1-0 up in a champions league semi than fighting your own fans?? A female fan also decided to report this to the stewards which I imagine must’ve been hard because she was sitting between the two men in question and she did it infront of them. The club steward did a great job too I have to say.

Luckily plenty of our fans came out to bat for my dad but the experience still shook him.

Personally, if you decide to start on your own fans you’re clearly not a decent person and shouldn’t be welcome at the match. I want to thank the fans who got behind us last night and came to bat for my dad too. We’ll have a day when these miserable gits are aged out of our club. UTA
