Hey there, for some reason, on my Bell Home Hub 4000. My 2.4GHz Wifi does not work while my 5.0GHz wifi does. I tried looking around online with no luck as it said to split my wifi, which I certainly did. I could have missed something here, IT at work did it, and it worked for around a year, so I don't think it's that. This is affecting multiple devices, so it's not just my phone.
The Giga Hub website says that everything is okay and I can't find any issues around it. I have already tried to power cycle twice with no luck. All lights on the router itself are blue.
Any ideas of how to fix this?
I did randomly lose power like a week ago, so maybe the Hub itself is broken?
