19F n 20M, How Can You Tell If It’s a Situationship?
Hi, I’m 19F and I’ve been talking to this 20M guy. I’ve known him for about a year as a friend of a friend. At first we only talked a little, just basic getting-to-know-each-other stuff, and then stopped talking for a while. Recently we started talking again.
Now we text a lot. We have similar hobbies, conversations flow really naturally, and even with the time difference we talk every day. Neither of us cares about double/triple texting either, we just spam each other with like 20+ messages at once
The problem is… I’ve had a crush on him for months and I want to get closer & have a more defined relationship, but I genuinely can’t tell how he feels. I’ve tried hinting a little, but I’m shy and honestly scared of ruining the friendship because we get along REALLY well. He also said he’s shy too, so now I have no idea where this is going
Plus we’re both bi, which somehow makes me even more confused. What if he doesn't see me romantically at all and kind of stuff. How do you tell the difference between a situationship, a talking stage, and just being really good friends?
