I've been going to the gym for a few weeks now. Taking mass gainer because I have a small stomach for food and trying to supplement calories.

I'm obviously a small guy so the first week I started with low weight slowly graduating.

My question is should I just go hard as fuck and see how much I can lift and get 1 or 2 reps or keep a medium weight and keep doing sets of 12 reps?
