My x has avoided CM for years, every review i have to fight to get his military pension included as earnings. Since leaving the military, he has been awarded ill health retirement (the court case took years). Now, my x thinks I will have to pay back all of the CM since his retirement, 5 what he owes in CM can be recalculated... is this even possible? How does this change things, if at all? Has anyone else been through this?
