Hiya, I bought an Xlux Roffu last August and have noticed quite a few issues: battery life is awful, it overheats very quickly (3-6 minute session), hard to draw and gets dirty very quickly, is also hard to clean, and now the battery flap is needing to be pressed into the battery for it to work, else it turns off. Customer service have been awful at replying. Are these issues other people have experienced? I don’t want to spend loads on accessories and am wondering if a vape like the Ariser Solo III might mitigate these issues? Thank you :)
