been at this job for 10 months. coworker is friendly to my face but in team meetings, they repeat my ideas like they thought of it. manager praises them. i stay quiet because i don't want to seem difficult.

last week i fixed a big client issue. coworker presented the solution and got a shout out from the ceo. i have email proof i did the work. do i go to hr? talk to manager directly? or just find a new job?
