Trying to upload my documents to VFS prior to my UK visa biometrics appointment. Keep getting the error: The uploaded file is virus infected, Please delete the file.
PLEASE READ: I've already converted to PDF/A through 2 methods.

1. Using https://www.freepdfconvert.com

2. Locally on my Mac

Still getting the virus error. Can someone advise how this can be bypassed or if anyone has been in a similar situation, what steps did you take? Did you reach out to VFS directly?
