I see this in offer up for a good deal. I want to know if this might be real?

I knew to smart watches so I don’t know anything about them. My concerns with this watch is the color and the series number. The color seems off like it’s blue so they make it in blue? I only see black and steel on apples website. After looking up the serial number on apples website it shows that it was activated yesterday and that it expires next year on may 2 2027. Please help I want one but the price right is steep for a new one.
