My ex broke up with me through text a week before Valentine’s Day…. I gave him letters as a Valentine’s Day gift for each day leading up to it before the month started.

When he broke up with me I asked if I could get the letters back and he asked if he could give them to me when he’s ready to see me because he didn’t want to be an emotional wreck when giving back the letters. I said okay.

We’ve been in no contact since then and I was wondering if I should break no contact to get my letters back? It’s just that the thought of him having it embarrasses me and when I write I feel it’s something that’s a vulnerable side of me…
