Does the $200 Vine Credit show as a discount before clicking submit? (New Seller Incentives)

Hi everyone, I just got approved for Brand Registry and I see the "New Seller Incentives" dashboard shows my $200 Vine credit as "Active."

However, when I go to Advertising > Vine and enter my ASIN, the enrollment screen still says: "Enrollment Fee: $200.00." > For those who have used this credit:

  1. Does the $200 discount appear on the final confirmation screen before I click submit? Or does it always show $200 and then just not charge me later?
  2. How many days did you wait after Brand Registry approval before the credit actually worked? I’ve heard there is a "5-day rule" where if you enroll too early, the credit won't apply.

I don't want to accidentally get charged $200 if the system isn't ready. Thanks!

Preparing for Amazon Brand Registry After Trademark Serial Number – Any Advice to Avoid Rejection?

Hey everyone, I’m preparing to submit my brand to Amazon Brand Registry and I want to make sure I have everything ready to avoid rejection.

Here’s my situation:

  • I opened my Amazon Seller account using my LLC as a non-US resident.
  • My trademark name is exactly the same as my LLC name.
  • I registered my trademark through TramaTM.
  • This week they will send me the serial number.
  • My product is already listed on Amazon, active, and has a few sales.

I heard Amazon sends a verification code to the attorney or the email used for the trademark application, and then I need to get that code from them to verify ownership.

Before I submit to Amazon Brand Registry, what should I prepare or double-check to avoid rejection?

Things I’m especially wondering about:

  • Anything important with USPTO status, GS1 barcodes, images, website, invoices, etc.?
  • Any advice for making the approval process smoother?

Would appreciate any tips from people who already got approved.

Hey fellow sellers,

I’m a non-US resident and I just launched my first product on Amazon US. I have a US LLC.

I’m looking for the most cost-effective way to get into Brand Registry and, more importantly, Amazon Vine for reviews. I’ve heard about the "UK Trademark" shortcut and wanted to see if anyone has successfully done this recently (2026).

My plan:

  1. File a UK Trademark (UKIPO) myself for £170 ($215).
  2. Use that UK application number to apply for Brand Registry on my Amazon.com (US) account.

My questions for those who have done this:

  • Does it work with a US LLC? Can I register the UK trademark under my name or my US LLC and still get approved on the US marketplace?
  • Acceptance on "Pending" status: Does Amazon US still allow you to enroll in Brand Registry while the UK trademark is "Pending," or do I have to wait for it to be fully registered (3–4 months)?
  • The Vine Program: This is my main goal. If Amazon accepts the "Pending" UK trademark for Brand Registry, will they also let me enroll in Vine right away? Or is Vine strictly locked until the trademark is fully "Registered"?

I’m trying to avoid the $1000 attorney fees for USPTO since I’m not a US resident, but I need those Vine reviews ASAP to compete. Any advice or recent experiences would be amazing.

or if you know and attorney with low budget that would be great
Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I’m a new seller and my first shipment of 504 units just got checked in a few days ago. Currently, 100% of the inventory is in FC Transfer across 8 different warehouses.

The listing is officially Active and I have the Buy Box, but because the units are still on trucks, the delivery date for customers is showing about 10 days out.

My dilemma: I really want to start my launch and get some sales history/data, but I’m worried that running PPC with a 10-day shipping window will just result in a bunch of clicks with no conversions (tanking my CR and wasting budget).

My question: How do you guys usually handle this? Do you turn on "Auto" campaigns at a low budget just to get the algorithm moving, or do you wait until the status flips to "Available" and "Prime 2-Day" is actually showing?

Thanks in advance for the help!
