I was randomly going down a rabbit hole and came across something that genuinely disturbed me. Apparently United Health was using an AI algorithm to deny elderly people's insurance claims — and the denial rate was something like 90%. These are real people, real stories. Some didn't get the care they needed in time.

Found a video that broke it down with actual cases. I had no idea this was happening. Is this even legal? Has anyone here dealt with something like this?
