I bought a sf2000 light less than 15 months ago and the light won't go over 10 percent brightness. After contacting the company and talking with customer service since April 10th 2026 no solution has come they sent me a driver for a light thats 500 watts and the driver is twice the size. The reason they sent the larger driver was because they said they were sold out of all drivers and dimmer switches for the sf2000 but they are activaly selling the product still, avaliable i might add but when it comes to warranty all of a sudden they are sold out of that specific product now. Terrible company I was told to disconnect the dimmer switch myself and rewire it to my current light as the 500 watt driver would fry the leds in my light, after rewiring and hooking up the new dimmer switch it still doesn't work and the only thing they want to offer is a discounted rate on a new light but I feel they should abide by there 5 year warranty and replace the light for free. I've offered several times to return the light and they don't want it. I will be going across all social media posting this as a psa for all future buyers beware save your money and go with a more reputable brand with better customer service as this company does not care for its customers and just want as much money out of you as they can get.
