Hi Kraken Support,

I made a SEPA deposit of 1,656.10 EUR last Friday, but my account was restricted and the funds are showing as "Pending". I haven't received any email regarding this issue or instructions on how to proceed.

I would like to request a full refund to the original bank account. I have already opened a support ticket and I have my Public ID ready.

Can someone please help me? Thank you.
