On 1st april i booked a hitachi ac from flipkart and got the same day delivery and on the other day the guy from flipkart (jeeves) who is authorised partner came for installation and after installation the ac is not working due to internal fault and the guy suggested to return the ac and i contacted to the flipkart for the replacement but they refused by saying connect to the brand and after connecting to the hitachi they replied it will chargeable because the installation done by third party but they are authorised partner so now i am totally frustrated and watching this broken ac daily in 45degree weather
