I've been working with ecommerce order data for a while and kept seeing the same pattern across different sellers.

RTO losses aren't random. They're usually driven by a small group of customers — 8 to 12% typically — who account for 40%+ of returns. Same behaviour repeated across different account names. Platforms don't flag them. Pin code blocking misses them entirely because they're spread across multiple zones.

I built ShipScan to surface these patterns automatically from your order export.

You upload your last 30 days of orders — CSV or Excel, whatever you export from Amazon, Meesho, or Shopify. ShipScan analyses the data and shows you:

- Which customer profiles are repeatedly

appearing in your losses

- Which orders this week match those

patterns and need a call before dispatch

- Which pin codes are specifically risky

for your business, not generic averages

No integration needed. No technical setup.

Just your order file.

I'm offering first free analysis to anyone here who wants to see what's actually in their data. No pitch after. If it shows you something useful, great. If not, you've lost nothing.

Drop a comment or DM if you want to try it.

Hi all! I have been discussing with ecommerce sellers about how to reduce their losses due to bad RTOs and fraud returns, using their own past order data to capture the customers that have been misusing the platforms to cause distress to sellers. I can look into your data for you and would be happy to discuss further.
