Stubhub 10 years ago used to be a better company.
They were repurchased by the founder and original owner after being sold to EBay. When EBay ran the company they were legit. Now they are being run as a scam operation, committing fraud and stealing buyers and sellers money. The stories don't lie guys. look how many people are complaining about fake tickets, being scammed, losing money and bad customer service. it is a directive from the top to cancel as many orders as possible because that implies a 200 percent penalty on all orders. they are not in the ticket business, they are in the cancellation business. they are actively just trying to charge as many sellers as possible to get 200 percent penalties as revenue. they defrauded investors and the stock is $7 when it was $27 as an IPO. millions of people lost their life savings. They have no cash flow so they are withholding buyers refunds and sellers payments. let's say you had a bad experience as a buyer and are expecting a refund. they are holding that money as long as possible and people are waiting 8 months for refunds on scam and bad ticket purchases. they no longer have a fraud team so a large majority of the tickets on their site are fraudulent and don't work or you won't get them. its very bad what's going on. I would never buy or sell another ticket on this site again. thank you for taking the time to read and please share this. my friend is an ex employee who had a very big position with the company. they left because of all the bad business they were doing.
