Hey everyone, hoping someone can help. I have a GoHighLevel sub-account through an agency and I'm trying to connect 3 warmed up Gmail/Google Work space accounts via SMTP for cold email outreach.
When I go to Settings → Email Services, I only see the LeadConnector Email System and a Dedicated Domain option - there's no way to add an external SMTP provider.
Is this a sub-account limitation? Does the agency admin need to enable something on their end? Or is SMTP for cold email handled somewhere else entirely in GHL?
