Hi! Back in November I had a custody court mediation with father of my child. I had relocated two months prior with my child , without letting courts know( didn’t think I had to and I left short notice).

He ended up waiving relocation during mediation so we were able to figure out a parenting plan while there. Can he go back on waiving it and try to get our child to come ?
