Hey there ladies!

Long time yogi here and I’m still taking regular and prenatal classes at the studio but want to layer in some weight lifting 2-3 days a week. Do you have any recommendations for an online prenatal program? I’m still early in my first trimester and would like a program I can grow with tailored to the week/trimester. Thanks in advance!

I’m 37, in my first trimester with my first baby and I still have SO much to learn. A lot of fear about labor and birth is already bubbling up. I’ve honestly had nightmares about it since I was a teenager. I have endometriosis/very painful periods so I guess you could say I am used to experiencing pain down there, albeit of a different kind.

I don’t take prescription drugs in general, however from what I’m reading, the risks of getting an epidural seem low. So I’m wondering what made some women decide to decline and do an unmedicated birth? Are there any resources you would recommend that will help me decide? I want to start preparing myself as soon as possible and working with this fear. Thanks in advance.
