Position Type: Part Time 20-30 hrs per week. Evenings and weekends required.
PAY: $17-20.
$17 during probational/training period, if you make it through that period (typically 60 days max) it goes to $18/hr, with success and experience annual raises can get you to $20/hr.

The Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand. You’ll help customers discover new products, offer deals and specials, solve problems, and make sure every customer leaves feeling taken care of. This role is perfect for someone who’s high-energy, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment.

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and high energy
- Educate customers on new and existing smoke and vape products
- Confidently share product knowledge, features, and recommendations
- Offer deals, specials, and promotions to every customer consistently
- Problem-solve customer questions or concerns quickly and professionally
- Stay creative in how you engage customers and present products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Be consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented in daily responsibilities
