Big crowd for Mrunal in Kakinada. Telugu ammayi :) How popular is she now in the Telugu states?

After 4 Telugu movies in Sita Ramam, Hi Nanna, Family Star and Dacoit, Mrunal has attained some level of popularity in the Telugu states Andhra Pradesh and Telenganna.

Question is what is the level of popularity?

How would you state/rate it?

She is definitely well below the likes of Anushka Shetty and Samantha popularity wise there.

But is it atleast at the level of Pooja Hegde and Sreeleela?

Dacoit movie released on Amazon Prime Today! Very good movie IMO. Also posting IMDB user reviews summary

Very good movie IMO. Do catch it if you haven't watched it in the theaters.

IMDB user reviews summary.

Reviewers say 'Dacoit: A Love Story' delivers a deeply emotional old-school romance anchored by career-best performances from Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur, whose raw intensity and nuanced portrayals captivate throughout. The precision-choreographed action sequences and stunning cinematography elevate the experience, while heartfelt moments genuinely move audiences to tears. However, opinions divide on the writing, with some finding the screenplay weak and repetitive, and a few criticizing the directorial execution. Despite mixed reception on engagement, most found it a solid, emotionally gripping watch worth experiencing once.

Watched Kannada movie 'Aachar & Co' on OTT. Its a fun movie reminiscing about the 60s and 70s Bangalore via the Aachar family. Shows the society back then (including social orthodoxy) and then the progress that happens. It has really funny humour, nice songs and some relevant social incidents.

Do watch it if you have time. comedy tumba channage ide. (comedy is really good) 7.5/10 IMO.
