I just received a letter from Adapt Health the parent company of Aerocare my Cpap Supplier..in Orlando Florida USA saying they have cloeer my account and I have to return the machine or they will send my account to collections.
I have A Resemed Airsense 11 for over 3 years now that my insurance company has been paying rental payments. I was originally told my machine would be fully paid off after 15 months.
I had been on vacation overseas and didn't want to deal with the hassle of taking the machine with me and risk having a problem with difference in electricity voltage and all that.
They are saying due to non-compliance they have closed my account and I owe for the FULL Cost of the machine but won't even tell me what the amount is, pushing me to return the machine first or if I dont saying the matter with but turn over to a collection agency.
They never called me ever, never sent a single letter or email until the Collection and recovery letter.
Has anyone ever experienced anything like this ever??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
