What’s the dumbest thing you’ve gotten a low star review for?
I got a three star review the other day and someone decreased their tip from $8 to $1 after I delivered. There were a couple things that I had to refund in her order but I didn’t think she would be so upset over it especially because I tried reaching out multiple times. She had selected green grapes but then said she only wanted the ones that came in the plastic box not the plastic bag. They were out of the one in the box, I even asked someone who worked there, so I sent her a message asking if she would want the ones in the bag. No response, but it was one of the first items so I figured she had time to answer and I would go back. Then she had cottage cheese on there and said in her notes she didn’t want any other brand other than what she chose. They didn’t have that brand in any size. I asked her if she wanted a different kind (like low fat or a different brand even though it said she didn’t but I figured I would ask). No response, but I still had more shopping. Those were the only two that didn’t have any replacements. She also ordered ground beef and stated she wanted any package under $8.. the only package they had that she wanted was about $11 so I asked her if she wanted a different percent (she asked for 90% but they had 85% for cheaper), she also had added cashews on there but said the flavor she wanted was wasn’t on the app but to replace what she added with a certain flavor so I did just that, and the onion powder and the sugar she ordered they didn’t have the size she wanted but she had already pre approved a bigger size so I got those replacements too. After all was said and done and I was getting ready to checkout I tried to reach out to her again about the items I had asked about. Got no response. So I refunded the two that she specifically didn’t want replacements for and then I got her a package of 85% beef that was within the budget she had asked. I don’t know what she’s upset about, she’s the one that didn’t answer when I tried getting ahold of her about replacements and refunds. Oh well.. so what’s the dumbest thing you’ve ever gotten a low review for?
