Hi everyone,

I recently completed my training in Deloitte USI under the AI Academy program and currently I’m still on the bench. Some people from my domain have already started getting project calls, but I haven’t received any updates yet.

I just wanted to understand from experienced people here:

- How long does it usually take to get allocated to a project after training?

- Is being on the bench for around 1 month normal?

- Is there anything important I should be doing during this period apart from upskilling and certifications?

- Does project allocation depend mainly on demand/location/domain?

Would really appreciate any guidance or suggestions from people who have gone through the same phase. It would help a lot. Thanks!
