Trying to see about getting money back for a saver flight. I understand the strict policy.

Partner and I traveling long distance for kiddo’s birthday. She booked the wrong date for our return flights. She has Alaska credit card and we fly Alaska frequently.

Is there any chance to get partial credit or mileage or some kind of support or do we just have to eat it?

Have called Alaska and policy seems rigid. Cannot change saver flight after 24 hours. I understand this was our mistake not Alaska’s. Just a lot of money for us…
