Hey everyone! I’m subleasing my 1BR in downtown Santa Monica for the summer (June+July, but flexible!)

1 bedroom in a newer building with AC, onsite laundry, garage parking, and a large balcony (from living room to bedroom window). Secure entry, well kept building, really easy access to everything in Santa Monica. 10/15 min to the pier and beach

$2400/month but I’m open to negotiating! I’d rather work something out with the right person than have it sit empty while I’m out of town.

Looking for someone chill and respectful for a short term stay.
