So in the span of a few weeks the cycle went full force, from saying she was sorry about things, that shes alone and has no one, has hooked up with people because she is pathetic and lonely, to saying she is suicidal, to wanting to sext (which I didnt do), to then saying she cant get over my 'betrayal' of trying to get her help, that she only reaches out for attention when drunk and bored, that we shouldnt talk again, to another hoover a few days later (which I didnt respond to), to now blocking me.

Literally just trying to be a sounding board and ensure she wouldn't kill herself led to another round. Mind boggling how they rather remain a victim and be alone and push away and hurt anyone who they try and be close to.
