I’m rebuilding a 350 from a 95 k1500 ( my first rebuild ever, so yes I’m stupid) and I have a brand new set of ARP main bolts. The crank has been machined and a brand new set of main bearings to match the spec of the crank. When I install and torque the main bolts (even one bolt) to spec (70 foot lb), the crank will not spin by hand. I’ve tried 40 foot lbs and still get the same result. Any insight is very appreciated.
