So I'm finally approaching 2x bodyweight for reps and thought I should get some form feedback.
I'm 44 years old and this set came after hitting a new squat PR (5x 125 kg).
I stopped the potential 4th rep, because I don't like to grind through reps with form breakdown.
It's a few weeks after learning more about the slack pull and wedge, which got me out of a plateau at 130 kg.
I'm wearing barefoot shoes.
How is my slack pull and wedge? Do my knees go too far forward when I wedge in? What's good or bad?
Are there any safety concerns? (hip height, bar path, back rounding, etc.)

Mainly looking for advice from stronger people than me, but open to friendly commentary.
