The majority of the print goes great till it gets to the top layer. It seems create these overlapping thick lines. The whole top is supposed to be smooth.

My printer is an Ender 3 V3 SE, PLA, 200 for temp, and I'm using Cura to slice.

I tried using ironing and that didn't help. Any advice would be great, I'm pretty new to printing.
