hey everyone, I’ve been working out for years, but very inconsistently. I’m about 2 kg below my ideal muscle mass, and my weight is absolutely in a healthy range. I used to work out mainly for aesthetic reasons, but now I want to genuinely enjoy the process.
my current split is UB/LB PPL. I’d love any tips on how to make gym a place I actually look forward to going to without constantly thinking about the results!
