I am 40F. I had my first mammogram in December. My primary told me not to be concerned if I get called back for a second mammogram because they have nothing to compare to.
Well I get called in for another mammogram plus an ultrasound. They saw lose microcalcifications in 1 breast. I went back 2 weeks later and did the mammogram and ultrasound. They said nothing had changed from the first results. And wanted me to come back in 3 months for another mammogram and ultrasound.
I went back for my 3rd ultrasound and mammogram. Again they said nothing has changed. But wanted me to come back again in 3 more months. So in 3 more months I will go back for my 4th mammogram in less than a year.
Should I be concerned about this?
