i have a group of 3 ppl (including me) who all wanna room tg! ik we can request roommates, but can we request a triple/quad?

my first time reaching out to alums!!!! (yes it’s for a silly reason but hey, why not?)

i just got off the waitlist and committed to the wellesley class of 2030 today, buttttt my high school’s college commitment sweatshirt day is on this monday (may4)!

the issue is that i ordered a wellesley sweatshirt & t shirt but it won’t come in time for this monday. is there any wellesley alum in az (preferably near phoenix) who could lend me a shirt/sweatshirt? i am willing to pay!

if not, i am considering making a sweatshirt but im truly awful at sewing so i dont know if thats my best move…

is there anywhere else i can post this to reach more alums?

05/02 UPDATE- the wellesley alum network is AMAZING!!! i had multiple people help me out and i’m all set for monday!! thank you so much wellesley community and i’m ECSTATIC to be a member for the rest of my life!!!!!!! GO TRUE BLUE💙💙💙💙

Any advice for incoming freshmen?

Check my last post for more context! I had gotten a text from Wellesley AO saying to call.

Here’s what happened on the call:

The AO first introduced herself as one of the head AOs & asked how I’m doing (ie normal convo start stuff). Then, she goes into why she called.

She says that I’m on a list of “shortlisted applicants” (her exact phrasing) on the waitlist for admission. She mentioned that she saw me upload a LOCI not long ago. She then asks if i’m still interested in Wellesley or if i had other college plans.

I told her i’m not yet committed anywhere yet and Wellesley is still 10000% my top choice and I’d LOVE to join them in the fall.

She essentially says great/fantastic smth like that. She then says no guarantees they’ll take ppl off the waitlist this year, BUT they’ll 100% be in touch with me within the next two weeks. She then said to text if I had any more questions or if I changed my mind about Wellesley so they can give a spot to another student.

We cordially ended the call and said goodbye.

Other Notes:

-This call was yesterday around 5PM EST

-I sent a LOCI in the day before the call

-I visited wellesley over spring break while on other college tours and i spoke w an AO ab the waitlist (nothing significant for me to tell here tbh)

Does anyone have any insight based upon this call? So far i’ve only heard of one other domestic student who received it. I’m hoping this is good bc W is my top choice but i don’t wanna get my hopes up too high. Any thoughts?

Also im open to answering any questions if anyone has any!!!

W is my top choice btw. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this normal and does everyone get one? I really don’t want to get my hopes up.
