What are the best GPS tracker I can use for my pet. Not fond of Airtag or Jio Tag since they have their own limitation. I am open for subcription model too.

I am relocating to India and will carry my pet along with me. Since I am relocating permanently, I don't need to get a DGFT license.

Quesstion is -

1. When can I apply for an NOC from India? Since part of the document is the submission of a health certificate stamped by the USDA. This can only be done within 7 days of travel. So should I apply for NOC within 7 days of travel, or after I get a stamped health certificate?

2. If I apply for NOC within 7 days, will I get approved? Can I get the USDA stamped anytime and apply for the NOC anytime?

Can someone help with timeline?
