How to cancel UPS My Choice Premium

There is literally no way to cancel UPS My Choice Premium on the UPS website as of May 2026. And no way to turn off auto-renewal. Shady AF and should be reported to BBB but it's $20 and most people probably don't even notice the auto-renewal charge.
Things you can do:
- Delete saved credit card information from UPS profile.
- If they auto-bill you, call UPS Billing at 1-800-811-1648. You have to tell the automated system "it's something else" 3 or 4 times before they'll connect you to a human. Ask the human to cancel your UPS My Choice Premium account and refund you the charge. They will do it if your charge just posted.
- Never sign up for it in the first place, even if you get a credit card promotion that makes it free. Free isn't free in this case.
