So the dollar is rising and Iran war is still going on making fuel and coal procurement hard. The state of solar generation is also abysmal. And a climate event called super elnino is predicted to happen this year where we'll get prolonged droughts. In such a case if we lose hydro as well, I feel like power cuts would be a possiblity. I haven't heard anyone in the government speaking about any preparations for this as well. Am I overthinking this or am I onto something?

Basically I don't want to call the LLM and spend tokens for everything and want to get pre-set reminders through whatsapp. But to my knowledge openclaw cronjobs always invoke the LLM. Any way we can invoke the channels manually so I can write a script and schedule it with a cronjob.
