should i join this mnc or sme?
im a fresh grad in ops management and im torn between joining a well known mnc as a graduate analyst that has records of frequent layoffs (some of the people i know have resigned after 6-7 months bc of the pressure), or do i join an sme that is a digital marketing agency that has good working environment, good boss, chill leave system and even offer to teach you your job from A-Z as an account manager? i feel like gravitating more towards the sme because i have friends there who have proven the positive work environment and adequate worklife balance (pay is also as good as MNC), however am worried that it might not look good on my CV if i were to pivot to MNC after 2-3 years. do advice🥹
