Hello, I am a Korean living in South Korea.
I apologize if my English isn't very good.
I sent a package from Korea to the United States on April 15 and it arrived at Indianapolis Airport on April 17.
Customs requested information about my items and detained them for 10 days, but I sent them the information and had the items cleared customs.
The problem starts here.
After clearing customs, the item arrived at a FedEx facility near Cincinnati where the recipient lives, but it was not delivered due to an incorrect address.
I informed the recipient of this, and he said he would pick it up and bring it himself.
And a few hours later, I heard shocking news from him: he said that the package that arrived was not the one I sent, but one sent by someone in Taiwan.
He said that during the 10 days the package was held, customs or FedEx seemed to have mixed my package with someone else's.
I heard that fedex have launched an investigation to find my package, but I cannot trust FedEx.
I am afraid I won't be able to find my package because it is an expensive item.
What should I do in this situation?
