I started experimenting with automating YouTube Shorts using AI-generated scripts, captions, images, voiceovers, and FFmpeg pipelines.

After spending way too much time fighting overlays, timings, subtitle sync, and rendering bugs, I ended up building VideoApiHub — a JSON-based video generation API that now powers the entire workflow.

The channel crossed 1.8k+ views in the first few days, and now I’m turning the internal tooling into a public developer platform for automated video creation.

I automated video creation using a dynamic template which gets values for 100 row google sheet.
Youtube posting has also been automated.

Created videoapihub and created n8n workflow which created video - not throught ai - and auto posts to youtube.
