We’ve just bought a property and can’t seem to get the bathroom floor tiles ‘clean’. We’ve tried white vinegar and are conscious of damaging the tiles or are they already damaged? Any help appreciated!

We’ve just bought a property and can’t seem to get the bathroom floor tiles ‘clean’. We’ve tried white vinegar and are conscious of damaging the tiles or are they already damaged? At this point I’m just thinking to get them ripped up because they are gross to look at! Any help appreciated!
