So I’m trying to make a bioactive enclosure. And from my research and gathering of materials. I’m still unsure of what I wanted the background to look like. I’ve seen some from serpa design where he did a foam board, carve it out then paint over it. Or one where he made it out concrete ect. Most of the builds I have seen online have just been silicone, expanding foam then slapping some substrate, bark and moss. So I wanted to see what anyone recommends to be the most visually appealing, reasonably easy to do as a beginner, and safest long term for the gecko. I’d love some tips and general things to avoid.
