Hello, I’m new to the community, still learning the basics. My question is, has anyone here worked through and or fixed a rotated pelvis (otherwise known as the Left AIC pattern) just by doing kettlebell exercises? I’m worried that I’ll end up reinforcing my imbalances instead of fixing them. I should also note, I don’t live in an area where I have access to a professional kettlebell trainer, and can’t afford PT right now. Been trying to fix my imbalances through videos on YouTube, however, I don’t want to necessarily put off kettlebell training. I should also note that I’m overall decently fit, but I’m just trying to take my body to the next level while I’m still decently young (33.). Thanks for your time!
