My pictures of the day. It was absolute cinema!

So after going to Spa this Saturday and having had a good time I just finished watching the whole thing at home. I am buzzing. What a race! Last year was great but this one was just over the top. BMW just had the wind in their sails. And that Fuoco vs K Mag fight was some of the best race craft I have ever seen. This is one to remember for sure.

It was a great race and I had a good time. But it was also super busy so kinda hard to find good spots to shoot from. All shot with a Canon R50 with a rf 55-210mm and a rf 100-400. And just shot to jpeg with only some cropping here and there.

So it seems like WEC is pretty popular. I don't know the numbers but it felt substantially more crowded then last year. In general it seemed like they anticipated this and there were more food and drink stand and they had a plan in place to avoid people getting led into choke points. So from that point of view this race was a big succes.

But for me personally it was a bit too much. I still think I got a good experience for the money I paid but I'm not sure If I will go next year. Last year felt busy but manageable, this year it got a bit too crazy for my taste.
