6 Hours of Imola (S5 IIx + S Pro 70-200 2.8)

I primarly focus on event and concert photography. This was my first time bringing a camera on track, tried some new things.

Definitely difficult as a spectator with the barriers in the way.

Some photos from Round 1 of GTWC Europe

I hope reddit doesn't compress these too badly, I have some more but haven't got around to editing the full collection just yet.

Feedback appreciated ☺️

Is the Canon EF 70-200 mm f/4 L USM worth it for Motorsport photography?

Currently I've been shooting with the stock 75-300mm lens, which I have come to find out it's basically one of the worst lenses made by canon lol.

Well after some time shooting with it, I'm starting to feel more and more disappointed, sometimes i can see that my shot is good, but i have crazy chromatic aberration or it's just a bit soft, it's disappointing. I wanted to upgrade and i found the canon 70-200mm f/4, it seems like a nice and solid upgrade, i know it's not the IS version but since I'm always taking photos at like 1/400 or more, or I'm panning shots, it's never been much of a problem I think. I've got a pretty tight budget of around 400€, so I'm happy with this lens as it's going for less than that on mpb. Thanks for the help!

Brian McMahon Rally Photographer

This week’s guest on Rallying in America: The Recce Podcast is Brian McMahon, a photographer and former rally driver. He began his career shooting night rallies like Press On Regardless, unaware of how the film would turn out. Later, he competed in TSD and stage rallies, starting with a ’69 Camaro before switching to a Datsun. Brian also shares how rally fans have diverse backgrounds and often engage in interesting conversations in the woods.

ELMS 4h of Barcelona in 35mm

I had some shots left on my Kodak 400 film reel, so I decided to use them with my Canon AE1 Program last weekend at Montmeló.

Also had the time to take a Goodyear tire home!
