Probably a long shot, but maybe someone has some idea

Booking.com disabled my account in December, suddenly, out of nowhere. I've tried contacting support numerous times, via email, phone - nothing works. They've also stopped answering to emails alltogether.

The problem is that I can't access reservations which I've made at all, either to modify or cancel.

As the solution, I've had to cancel my credit cards which were on booking, but it's still very frustrating, as I'd still like to access reservations I have.

Does anybody have any idea how to get in touch with them?
