I recently had a second IME and was cleared physically for light duty only while still taking part in physical, vestibular, and light therapies for post concussion syndrome after be punched in the head at work twice in a June of 2025. I was also diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety and I have second IME on 5/11/2026 for psychology. I have not been cleared in any form to return to work from psychology. I got a call from my employer on 5/1 and was told that if I didn't return to work in 5 days that they would stop my TTD payments because I would be refusing a position, as they can accommodate my light duty. As part of the offer letter(that I asked for), my employer put in the letter that "you agreed you would return to work this day". This was a lie, I was being forced/threatened. I got a call for my nurse case manager, some of them are angels, was told that I am not to return to my job until I am cleared by psychology and TTD will continue. Has anything like this ever happened to anyone else?
