So I was a team lead for almost 2 years, my mental health started to decline due to mounds of stress at work and at home, I ended up hitting 5 points, and they very much seemed to want me gone. On April 15th, 2026, I was pulled into a meeting 2 hours into my shift and told I was terminated for pointing out, and I needed to turn everything in. I didn't even bother fighting for my job based on how that meeting went, just walking in. I was given an unemployment paper from HR before leaving. I filed for unemployment once I got home and got everything I needed to in order to receive benefits. I am still waiting on my benefits to get released, any idea how long this can take???
